We then start with the candidate search and will send you profiles that are fitting your requirements. Then we organise the first interviews with the candidates you chose. The number of interviews and the hiring process are your decision and will be trasparently discussed in advance. Our recruitment service does not stop with the signing of a work contract with your candidate of choice.
We will stay in close contact with you and the candidate to ensure the best possible experience for all parties.
