As a Senior Executive Search Consultant in our Bangkok Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success by leading high-level recruitment projects, building long-lasting client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our brand and team.

In this entrepreneurial role, you’ll work closely with key decision-makers in the Hospitality and/or Real Estate sectors, offering strategic consulting backed by deep industry knowledge. You’ll also serve as a mentor and role model within our team – supporting the development of junior colleagues and championing collaboration across our international business.

Your Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Project Management

  • Lead and execute end-to-end executive search projects – from briefing to successful placement

  • Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies, leadership, and organizational development

  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and deliver compelling shortlists

Business Development & Client Growth

  • Actively identify and acquire new clients in Hospitality and Real Estate sectors

  • Develop and maintain long-term, trusted client partnerships

  • Leverage your network to uncover new business opportunities

Thought Leadership & Market Expertise

  • Represent LHC International at client meetings, industry events, and panels

  • Contribute to internal market analyses and knowledge sharing

  • Monitor market trends to help shape strategies and identify growth opportunities

Team Collaboration & Mentoring

  • Guide and support Consultants and Researchers in their development

  • Collaborate with international colleagues on cross-border projects and cross-selling initiatives

Brand Development & Positioning

  • Strengthen brand visibility through content creation, networking, and public engagement

  • Represent our core values in all internal and external interactions

What You Bring

  • Ideally 7–10 years of professional experience in a consulting or client-facing environment

  • Background in Hospitality, Real Estate, or other service-driven industries

  • Strong “hunter mindset” – proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to engage with stakeholders at all levels

  • Comfortable working in both Thai and English, and experienced in interacting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and seniority levels

  • Previous exposure to Hospitality (HR, Talent Acquisition, Sales & Marketing, Front Office, or F&B) is a strong plus

  • Passion for building relationships, strategic thinking, and driving growth

  • Eagerness to share knowledge, collaborate, and shape the future of our team
