As a Senior Development Consultant in our Mallorca Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success by sourcing and leading high-level recruitment projects, building long-lasting client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our brand and team.

In this entrepreneurial role, you’ll work closely with key decision-makers, mainly in the Hospitality and/or Real Estate sectors, offering strategic consulting backed by deep industry knowledge.

Your Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Growth

  • Actively identify and acquire new clients in Hospitality and Real Estate sectors
  • Develop and maintain long-term, trusted client partnerships, focusing on growing our brand within the region.
  • Leverage your network to uncover new business opportunities

Thought Leadership & Market Expertise

  • Represent LHC International at client meetings, industry events, and panels
  • Contribute to internal market analyses and knowledge sharing
  • Monitor market trends to help shape strategies and identify growth opportunities

Team Collaboration & Mentoring

  • Guide and support Consultants and Researchers in their development
  • Collaborate with international colleagues on cross-border projects and cross-selling initiatives

Brand Development & Positioning

  • Strengthen brand visibility through content creation, networking, and public engagement
  • Represent our core values in all internal and external interactions

What You Bring

  • Ideally 7–10 years of professional experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
  • Background in Hospitality or Hospitality Real Estate are essential
  • Strong “hunter mindset” – proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to engage with stakeholders at all levels and with the highest level of professionalism
  • Comfortable working in both Spanish and English, and experienced in interacting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and seniority levels
  • Previous exposure to Hospitality (HR, Talent Acquisition, Sales & Marketing, Front Office, or F&B) is a strong plus
