What motivates and comforts you in your actual job? You are passionate about your job. The possibility to evolve to other tasks or jobs that you like. Not much, you are working because you must. Your work benefits: salary, long-term contract…

Have you ever thought of what could be your dream job? According to you, there is no ideal job. No, not really. Yes, often. Yes, but it seems unreachable.

In your professional life, do you often: Tell yourself that you are lucky. Get bored. Feel frustrated or angry. Feel unpowerful facing difficulties.

You just took responsibility for a very important project. You will need to work long hours. How do you react? No problem, you are used to it, and you don’t mind. You accept without willing it: you don’t see how you can work properly in such bad conditions. You are looking forward to the promotion you will receive but you won’t work more. You resign yourself to doing it, anyway, you don’t have any choice.

For you, recognition is: Outside of work. Extremely important. And you find that you don’t have enough at the office. It belongs to work itself. It makes you happier and gives you freedom and independence. Very important: you are good at your job; you have your conditions, and you like that your boss recognizes it.

Could you create your own company or be a freelancer? Of course, it is already the case. Yes, you already thought about it but… Not really: too much to lose. Why? You don’t see any benefits.

For you, to have a job where you share values is: Complicated or impossible. Essential, and it is the case. Essential but you’re not there yet. Important but not compulsory.
