You can feel it coming. You start to feel exhausted, and you see that there is no way to escape. Furthermore, you may feel that your work has become particularly trying, that your emotions swing from one extreme to another and that you feel depressed or anxious when you go home at night.
Your days are long, you work again and again, and you are not even aware that you are on the verge of exhaustion. When you are in this state, you cannot live your life satisfactorily, and it becomes a source of suffering.
