The Marketing Communications Director plays a key role in growing Thailand’s most exciting sports and entertainment venue. He/she will be directly responsible to lead, develop and execute targeted high- impact marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness of the brand and identity with the aim of driving footfall and revenue. He/she will have plenty of freedom to develop and execute creative ideas in collaboration with members of the regional and International team.
Build brand and reputation in the Thai market by proactively developing marketing communications strategies to increase visits to the venue, including its F&B facilities.
Initiate and execute digital and offline marketing communications campaigns and activations that help drive traffic to the venue.
Day-to-day management of a team of marketing professionals (including agencies) that handles media & influencer relations, online & offline advertising, e-commerce, design and internal communications.
Source and develop creative content for use on both website and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok). Where necessary, identify, select and onboard strategic marketing/advertising agencies to assist in content creation for various advertising, sales promotions, public relations and direct marketing campaigns.
Spot storytelling opportunities through strong relations with colleagues (including operations, culinary, F&B, Guest Service, etc.).
Monitor, measure and report on marketing & communications activities, and manage project budgets.
Develop and maintain local marketing budget.
Attend marketing meetings with corporations and companies, trade symposiums and other events to drive awareness of the brand and its offerings.
Lead and develop the Marketing Communications teams. Hire, manage, support, coach, train and evaluate the team.
Research competitors’ products/services, interpret market data and guest insight, revenue management and apply to marketing strategy.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
At least five years of marketing management experience at a mid-senior level in hospitality, sports or events marketing, entertainment or comparable business.
A brand-savvy marketer with a track record of success in launching and/or promoting new experiences and unique concepts.
A self-directed and highly motivated mid-career professional capable of executing individually and with a small team combined with a strategic outlook capable of leading our Brand development in Thailand.
An individual who is keen to get in on the ground floor of launching a new concept that is poised to grow throughout the region.
Fluent in Thai and English (verbal & written), any other third language is advantage.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies for the company post-opening.
Strong network (media, influences, creative agencies and freelancers) is a plus.
