For our partner, a progressive property services company for commercial properties in Berlin, we are looking for a full-time Technical Property Manager – Berlin (gn) with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Your tasks for the Technical Property Manager Position

  • Management of the operation and management of commercial buildings
  • Cost planning and control, monitoring of project-related implementation
  • Monitoring subcontractor services in infrastructural and technical building management, including maintenance and repairs
  • Tracking defects and warranty claims
  • Monitoring the condition of buildings and facilities as well as operating costs, active participation in optimisation measures
  • Management of modernisation, refurbishment and conversion projects, including claims handling
  • Tendering, awarding and managing maintenance and service contracts
  • Carrying out acceptances and handovers of rental space
  • Preparation of property-related reports
  • Communicating with clients, tenants, tradespeople, suppliers, authorities and caretakers, both verbally and in writing
  • Supporting the commercial property management team with technical issues



Your profile

  • Completed master craftsman/technician qualification or a technical university degree, ideally in the field of facility management or construction
  • Confident and convincing demeanour, negotiating skills and assertiveness
  • Distinct customer orientation, confident appearance and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and high reliability
  • Convincing entrepreneurial behaviour and ability to work independently in your own area of responsibility
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
