Responsibilities for the (Senior) Real Estate Consultant position:

• Acquisition of new clients
• Maintaining existing relationships with clients
• Creating job descriptions and requirement profiles based on client briefings
• Searching for and approaching candidates in line with the client’s requirements
• Establishing and expanding a pool of candidates
• Conducting interviews and pre-selection for clients
• Presentation of suitable candidates
• Process support until the successful conclusion of the contract and follow-up support for candidates and clients
