For our partner, an owner-managed property management company, we are looking for a Junior and Senior WEG Administrator (gn) in Berlin with immediate effect or by arrangement.


Your tasks for the WEG Administrator position:

  • Proper commercial management of an entrusted property portfolio
  • A-Z administration
  • Portfolio budget preparation and support
  • Coordination of external service providers and trades
  • Holding of owners’ meetings and implementation of resolutions
  • Drawing up the statement of charges for the building and the business plan



Your profile for the WEG Administrator position:

  • Completed training as a real estate manager or businessman/-woman in the real estate and housing industry or a comparable qualification.
  • First professional experience as a property manager in the commercial management of residential property
  • Confident handling of common Office applications
  • Solution- and result-oriented way of working
  • Professional interaction with owners, customers and service providers
