For our current top client, one of the leading companies in the LPS / CMS industry, we are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (gn).


Main Objective

To actively drive business growth by acquiring new clients and supporting expansion within an assigned client base.



Main responsibilities for the Senior Business Development Manager (gn) position


  • Research, analyse, negotiate and win new clients to generate revenue in target industries and client segments.
  • Identify growth opportunities and take responsibility for strategic sales plans within the existing customer base.
  • Develop negotiation strategies tailored to client needs and objectives, assessing potential risks and aligning opportunities with business strategies and operations.
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities by analysing market strategies, business needs and financial factors.
  • Be curious and discover innovative ideas by monitoring market trends, networking and working with the marketing team to align strategies.
  • Strengthen market presence by identifying, developing, defining and closing valuable business partnerships.


Requirements and benefits for the Senior Business Development Manager (gn) position.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS company (ideally in the LSP, CMS, MarTech industry).
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
  • Full remote position with offices in Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf…
  • Salary expectations include bonuses of around 120-150K OTE.
  • A competent and inspiring mentor as Head of Sales
