For our partner, a nationwide property management company for residential and commercial properties in Berlin, we are looking for a Property Manager (gn) for our own portfolio.
Your tasks for the Property Manager position
- Proper commercial and technical property management of an entrusted portfolio
- Tenant support and service provider communication
- Processing of invoices, notices of termination, rent reductions, minor repairs, insurance claims, etc.
- Participation in portfolio development and new lettings
- Carrying out handovers and acceptances of rented space
- Ensuring traffic safety
Your profile for the Property Manager position
- Completed training as a property manager or property and housing industry clerk or a comparable qualification
- Confident in the use of standard office applications
- Solution- and result-oriented approach to work, as well as negotiating skills
- Professional interaction with tenants, customers and service providers
- Independent as well as team-oriented way of working
