For our partner, a well-known real estate company, we are looking for an Office Manager (gn) with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Your tasks as an Office Manager:
- Responsibility for office management
- Reception of guests and customers
- Ordering
- Planning and organisation of company events incl. budget responsibility
- Supporting the planning of trade fairs
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Representation of the Personal Assistant to the CEO
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training, ideally from the real estate, hotel or legal industry.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the real estate, hotel, or legal industry
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Profound knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills, organisational talent and enjoyment in dealing with people
