Job Description

This role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.



Oversees the hotel’s digital media efforts, including website and social media platform. Responsibilities include creating and curating shareable content, building and managing social media profiles and presence, monitoring, analysing paid campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.



  • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s online media including website, blog, e-commerce and other online content
  • Handle online media marketing campaigns by planning and designing to achieve the campaign’s objectives with budgeting efficiency
  • Plan and develop digital media strategies, media touch-point planning, as well as media cost and effectiveness analysis via all integrated online, social network, mobile, digital PR and other interactive channels
  • Optimize media, buy and manage online media campaigns in both direct and programmatic through DSPs, Exchanges and Biddable media
  • Project coordination among online publishers, KOL, influencers and PR/marketing agencies
  • Oversee the creation of digital products such as e-books, podcasts and mobile application
  • Develop web content, structure, and design based on the brand’s goals and target market



  • Handle report – Collate statistically and compile online data presented to management
  • Scheduling placement of content on digital media platforms
  • Writing content for search engine optimization
  • Analyse and evaluate performance data and recommend appropriate actions based on conclusions
  • Recommend campaign optimization options to ensure successful campaign delivery and monitor ad delivery
  • Keep up-to-date to the latest digital media trends and design technology available. Update knowledge of best practices, strategies, and offerings within the performance and programmatic space
  • Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language
  • Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented
  • Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors 8. Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of Thai law



Degree / Diploma



  • Meticulous, organized and pays attention to details
  • Ability to analyse, evaluate performance data and recommend appropriate actions
  • Highly trustworthy and uses good judgment
  • Possess a positive attitude and learning mindset
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry would be an advantage
