For our partner, a SaaS company in the field of online marketing, we are looking for immediate support in key account management.
As Key-Account Manager (gn) you are the personal contact person for our existing customers and are responsible for the continuous successful use of our software product.
Your tasks as a Key-Account Manager (gn)
- You are responsible for establishing, maintaining and expanding relationships with customers.
- You ensure product acceptance and the long-term satisfaction of our customers.
- You quickly find creative solutions to optimise our utilisation and turnover
- You contribute to the further development and expansion of our product with existing customers through cross-selling and up-selling campaigns.
Requirements as a Key-Account Manager (gn)
- Experience in account management and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS
- Native German/English fluency
