The initial interaction with our consultant typically takes place via a phone or video call. As for the company interview, each client follows its own unique procedure. Some may opt for video or phone interviews, while others may invite you to their physical offices. Rest assured, we will provide you with detailed information about the interview process beforehand, assisting you in preparation and ensuring you feel confident throughout the process.

Q: With whom do I have the interviews?

You will always initiate an initial discussion with one of our Executive Search consultants, during which we seek to understand your professional background, career trajectory, and expectations. As for subsequent interviews, the structure may differ from one organization to another. Our Executive Search Firm is committed to providing candidates with an optimal and streamlined experience. Generally, the recruitment processes with our clients typically span between 4 and 6 weeks.
