In the past several weeks, the vaccine roll-out has fuelled increasing optimism in the travel industry that business levels will soon start to recover. There is no question that the hospitality industry has had more than a year of extreme challenges.

After an initial shock, however, many projects and ideas have been discussed and moved forward in the background. Some of them indeed lead to major organisational and structural changes. In our first Connecting Leader Serie, together with our friend and board advisor, Chris Mumford from Cervus Leadership Consulting we wanted to take a closer look at how these changes have impacted the industry, specifically in terms of:

• Future of hotel offerings
• Employer brand attractiveness
